When will I receive my order?
We take 7-10 business days to process your order in addition to the selected shipping. Depending on your location, it can take 5-20 days to receive your order.
How can I track my package?
In your shipping confirmation email, you will receive a link to your tracking information. From there, you can monitor the shipment’s progress until the package is delivered to you.
How do I know if my package has shipped?
When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will process, and when it’s ready to leave our Distribution Center you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment.
Can I cancel my order? / Can I make changes to the order?
You have the right to cancel your order for any items purchased from Creatively Haute for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made via email within 24 hours.
However, if your order has already been processed, is in production or shipped, you cannot cancel that order.
Why was my order canceled?
If there is a delay in replenishment, item(s) are sold out, or we are unable to verify your billing information and/or billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order, your order may be canceled.
How do I report a problem with my order?
If your item is damaged upon arrival, please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and email our support team at support@creativelyhaute.com with the photo, your order number and a short description within 14 days after receiving your order.
Once we receive your email, we will contact you to determine next steps. Please allow up to 3 business days for our Support team to contact you.
What do I need to know about ordering internationally?
Shipments may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. Fees may vary depending on order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Please note that the customer is responsible for these fees.
We highly recommend including your phone number when placing an order as this will help make the delivery process smoother.
It is past my estimated delivery date and I haven’t received my order yet, what do I do?
Please check in with your local post office - in most cases, it is the best way to locate the shipment. If you are not able to locate your shipment this way, please send us an email with your order number and the delivery address used when the order was placed.

My order is marked as delivered - but I didn’t receive it.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer's address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person.
Wrong Address - If delivery address is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
What if my order gets lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
Are all products in an order shipped together?
Some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. In some cases, we may fulfill products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Why does my shirt have a vinegar smell?
When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you may notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry! This is not unusual - a non permanent fixation agent is applied during the printing process. This helps the ink bond with the fabric, as without it, the ink would flake off the garment. These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle.
What is your return policy?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.
Please Note:
We cannot accept returns of items that have been washed or soiled.
We cannot accept any items covered in human or pet hair.
We cannot accept any items with body odor or fragrance.
We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged. Please check in with the size guide available in the product description to make sure you order the correct size as our products are made to order, especially for you!

Once you place an order, we produce it specifically* for you. This allows us to avoid overproduction and textile waste, as we continuously work towards a greener production.
