Shipping
Our apparel is sent to our Production Partner at the time of purchase for printing and shipping. Please refer to the estimated processing / shipping times in the listing or in your shopping cart as your estimated processing time is provided to you prior to and during checkout.
Please note: processing time does not include the shipping time and Shipping upgrades will not expedite processing timeframes. If there is a problem with your order please give us a chance to correct the issue and ensure satisfaction.
All designs are for personal use only and cannot be used for any commercial purpose, be resold, copied or modified either in print or digital form.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Refund
All items are made to order, therefore, no returns and/or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order please give us a chance to correct the issue and ensure satisfaction.

Sustainability is important to Creatively Haute. We’re getting greener every step of the way, while still providing you with the quality products you deserve. Around 85% of all textiles produced by the fashion industry end up in landfills, making it a major contributor to environmental damage. Each product you see in our catalog is made on-demand. Once you place an order, we produce it especially for you. This allows us to avoid over production and textile waste, as we continuously work towards a greener production.
